For this reason, Portugal has been elected numerous times as the &#8220;Best Golf Destination in the World&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It may be the year-round mild climate, the quality of the fields and lodgings, the breathtaking scenery or the relaxed atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quinta do Lago Sul<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/LtdjHofgJOdxHgx-1ScWwMRLmMOnrOyq0KoTbDe6IvHzBphpU2GYWHN3eVGxZcQu19qRmnDjRXXBFRl7fszN1q3WNABnk_7xoembHdNKU9I15w4aNvcdOGkzUAGZuQdNuFHrzamA\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Although it has three golf courses, the Quinta do Lago Sul course is considered the &#8220;jewel of the crown&#8221;, it was here that the Portuguese Open was held eight times. It was designed by the american William Mitchell and although it is much sought by professionals, the Course challenges players of all levels, offering a view of the Ria Formosa Natural Park among lakes, pine trees and wildflowers.\u00a0Just 20 minutes by car you will find our villa\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ocvillasold.website\/websites\/en\/property\/66\/vila-vale-mouro-private-villa-in-estoi\" target=\"_blank\">Vale Mouro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pine Cliffs Resort<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/VaLAN2efI_ssqgS8natf28ekG-2BbsWfXTmB970HhUiNvTqwYZuUAyXmDy7oXMKZIbrpD1NfbOx1l0BMLIzyFErBS6C6htHMapwk9b5s7D9UTb-Y0rywps0f7wrc-y-_tmPRzBdC\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pine Cliffs golf course is 60 meters high, overlooking the beach and crystal clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Built in the middle of a pine grove, with tree-lined fairways stretching parallel to the Atlantic Ocean, the main concern of the architect, was to keep the natural surroundings. The jewel of this course is the 6th hole par 3 which requires a stroke of 197 meters on the cliff so that the ball reaches the green.\u00a0Our apartments,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ocvillasold.website\/websites\/en\/apartamentos-olhos-de-agua\" target=\"_blank\">Vilas Sul and Quinta do Milhar\u00f3<\/a>, are just 5 minutes&#8217; walk from this golf course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benamor Golf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/iw63XqjWv3iQoyVfLVB6qRKGxNxrsu4lLZlYK2Z_5y3MEtmTqRvuSE5WLUT08HuDU-4Q2__M9F-0PP80D_Z0Jbc8H-7fPasv6WTCp9MOz3UmzxGpCQ6aiAwuD3ZdDyIrZne_sWgv\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Located a few kilometers from the city of Tavira, Benamor Golf was designed by Sir Henry Cotton and is surrounded by a magnificent landscape of mountains to the north and sea to the south.
