Quinta dos Figos it’s a modern 2 bedroom apartment, inserted in a high-quality condominium with playground, spacious pool area, gardens, outdoor common charcoal barbecue and a fitness room.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with spacious balconies with amazing views.
The high designed kitchen its totally equipped and the living room is spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony, great for Al-fresco dining.
There are an ensuite double bedroom and another double bedroom, which can use the shower room only one door beside. The living room also has a sofa bed. It’s ideal for 6 people.
The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi.
Quinta dos Figos it’s located in the heart of Albufeira, in a very calm area and 1,3 km away from the beach.
Also, not far from Alfarrobeira Park, which is a large leisure area with green grass and pedestrian and cycling pathways. Facilities such as supermarket, the local market and many others are only 5/10 minutes away.
The Old Town and the Strip, both famous for the various restaurants, bars and shops are only 15/20 minutes walking, or at a very short drive.
There is a variety of Golf Courses, water-parks and marinas/zoos for the children.
Watersports on the beaches, horse-riding and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach.
The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri, and other famous beaches such Salgados, Gale, Sao Rafael are only 10 minute’s drive.

The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
