The Evans villa is very spacious with all the necessary facilities for a relaxing holiday.
The house consists of a large living room with direct access to a comfortable and cozy terrace with dining furniture, lounge chairs and barbecue, an ideal spot for a family meal or a quiet evening with friends with lots of privacy.
It also in the ground floor has a functional kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The first floor comprises a double suite and a suite with 2 single beds.
The Evans villa is the ideal holiday home for 6 people, it is well located, with easy access to water parks and the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve.
The famous Rua da Oura and the historic center of Albufeira are a short drive away.
Albufeira Marina and the bustling old town are also 10 minutes away, where you can find a wide selection of restaurants, bars, shops and services.
Algarve Shopping, the famous Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, fresh and fish market, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, shops and various services are 10 minutes away.
