Villa Ericeira Its a full air-conditioned leveled 3 bedroom villa, all bedrooms with private bathrooms, an open plan living room with LCD TV and DVD player, a pleasant sitting and dining area, with direct access to the patio and swimming pool.
The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the terrace.
The villa its fully air-conditioned and has high-quality furniture so that you can enjoy an amazing holiday.
Quinta da Balaia is located in the center of the Algarve, in Albufeira, 1 km away from the city center and its commercial area and lively nightlife.
The beautiful beaches of Santa Eulalia and Oura are only 20 minutes walking. Quinta da Balaia is a great resort with quality and comfort for your vacation.
This resort was carefully designed in order to offer you a unique atmosphere.
There is a variety of Golf Courses, water-parks, and marinas/zoos for the children. Watersports on the beaches, horse-riding, and the most wonderful walking country all within easy reach.
The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri, and other famous beaches such as Salgados, Gale, Sao Rafael are only 10 minutes' drive.
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

Perfect location - Aldi only a 10 minute walk. Not far from the beach, new town or old town. Staff very accommodating. Quick to reply if you need anything. Villa was in perfect condition when we arrived. Everything you need there. 100% recommend! Wousee more

A internet, o sinal é fraco. Avisar o Sr. que faz a manutenção da piscina que deve tocar à campainha e não entrar sem avisar (aconteceu por duas vezes)
